A letter from Alex

Hey, I’m so happy you’ve found yourself here:

I got pregnant for the first time in 2019, then spent the next 7 years straight pregnant, breastfeeding or both. After 3 beautiful pregnancies, and deliveries I hyperfixated on every stretch or recipe or viral thing that would help ease my pain, shorten my labor and ultimately be “the healthiest pregnancy possible”. While my family is complete, the passion is still there. I care for you like family. Text me in the middle of the night your thoughts, I care and want to hear them. Im here for you. The real, sweaty, bleeding, disposable underwear wearing you. I show up, so you don’t have to.
