A conscious world starts with a conscious body.

Hey, I’m so happy you’ve found yourself here:

I began my healing journey in 2016 studying herbal liniment recipes and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Stretching.
PNF is a form of stretching where you actively engage with me to help ease muscle tension and referred pain. PNF is safe and recommended during pregnancy.
In 2018 I traveled to Thailand and Indonesia to study regional herbal therapy with generational medicine woman Kadek who shared her knowledge with her daughters and myself.
I have nearly a decade of experience in the scar tissue mediation and palliative end of life care field. I spent many days giving people the last physical touch they'd receive before crossing into niskala.

I welcomed my first daughter in 2020 after a high risk pregnancy, preterm labor and delivery. My second followed shortly after in 2021. In 2024 my husband and I welcomed our third daughter privately in our home.
After hyper fixating on every stretch, recipe or viral thing that would help ease my pain, or shorten my labor I had to accept that I was trying to control the wrong aspect of the journey. While my family is complete, the passion is still there. I care for you like family.
Text me your thoughts in the middle of the night, I care and want to hear them. I'm here for you. The real, sweaty, bleeding, disposable underwear wearing you. I show up, so you don’t have to.
I carry the emotional weight of birth support loudly, which comes with immense boundaries to how many families I am capable of holding. I accept very few birthing people at a time.

Sekala

Our philosophy is healing is never just physical, it’s a dialogue between what can be touched and what can only be felt. This balance is known as Sekala and Niskala: the seen and the unseen, the visible world and the invisible energy that flows through it.

Sekala refers to the seen world — everything we can perceive with our senses: Physical touch, tangible body changes.
Niskala, on the other hand, means the unseen world — the realm of spirits, energies, ancestors, and divine forces that influence the visible.
